Sobre la revista

Cultural Horizons journal was established by the Faculty of Fine Arts at Universidad Popular del Cesar in Valledupar, responding to the growing need for a space that promotes research and critical analysis in the arts field, enabling the compilation of diverse artistic and cultural materials from our region.

The journal's primary objective has been knowledge dissemination and fostering dialogue among academics, artists, and students - enriching not only our faculty but also strengthening connections with other educational institutions at national and international levels.

Cultural Horizons aims to continue serving as a reference point for compiling and elevating the importance of each artistic research project. The journal incorporates methodological and theoretical perspectives while encouraging constructive criticism, maintaining an inclusive space for all contributors.
